Middle Intervention Wines

Low altitudes, unobstructed winds, constant air flow between the vineyards. An environment ideal not only for the application of organic farming, but also for the creation of very low intervention wines. The extremely healthy grape allows us to bottle the wine with little or sometimes no sulphite, resulting in the following range of natural wines, bottled without stabilization or filtration.

Terra Ambera

100% Muscat of Alexandria

Aromas of quince, lemon zest, dough, yeast, porcini mushroom and some herbs. Αn earthy and oily wine, full of richness and character. Terra Ambera, with its exuberant character, is an ideal accompaniment to oily, pelagic fish.

100% Muscat of Alexandria

Α wine with character and concentration that will pleasantly surprise the friends of Muscat of Alexandria who love the orange expression of the variety. It goes perfectly with white meats.

Α captivating wine that brings intensity and exuberance to the glass. Terra Ambera Amphora will provide excellent pairings with vegetarian dishes as well as vegan options.

ROZE DRY WINE

Terra Roza

95% Muscat of Alexandria, 50% Limnio

A culinary wine that intrigues with its simultaneously fruity and salty character. Terra Roza works perfectly with octapus, cuttlefish and grilled squid and will be a dream match with lobster and shrimp spaghetti.

Α wine with a wonderfully youthfull character and aromas of cranberries, strawberries, red cherry and violets. Α straight, cool and youthfull red wine.

Conventional Wines

The unobstructed, continuous flow of winds between our vineyards, due to the low altitudes of Lemnos, prevents any possible development of diseases and creates a very healthy environment ideal for the implementation of organic farming. Through these conditions, the following series of organic wines emerges.

Generous, exuberant nose with oromos of block berries and plums. A Limnio for Iovers of maturity and rich flavors.

ROZE DRY WINE

Roseus

90% Muscat of Alexandria, 10% Limnio

Lovely youthful color and aromos of candy, caramel, white peach, rose petals and fresh flowers. Α rose food wine with volume and density.

RED DRY WINE

Limnio Garalis

100% Limnio

Generous, exuberant nose with aromos of black berries and plums. A Limnio for lovers of maturity and rich flavors.

Limnio of Lemnos

100% Limnio

Aromas of dried plums, black cherry, butterscotch and nuts. A Limnio mature, rich, with excellent structure and a rich mouthfeel.

Retsina Wines

A white Retsina, conventionally vinified, and a rosé, naturally vinified, resulting from the collaboration of the unique Muscat of Alexandria and the terroir of Lemnos, with the excellent quality pine resin from the virgin pine forests of Halkidiki. Flavors that surprise, being multi-layered and current, grafting tradition with modern trends.

100% Muscat of Alexandria

Clean nose, with attractive aromas of mastic, mint, machete, pine forest and green apple. Α typical Retsina, with tensions, coolness and exuberance.

ROZE DRY WINE

Retsina roze

95% Muscat of Alexandria, 5% Limnio

A unique wine that brings in the same glass the popular taste of retsina with the salty umami character, giving an original wine of natural vinification.
