In the mouth, the balanced, discreet acidity with the restrained alcohol, the full body, the dense structure and the long aftertaste are elements of balance and expressiveness. An earthy and oily wine, full of richness and character. The grape arrives at the winery in small crates. Burst, transfer of the grape msss to winemskers, pre-fermentative extrsction with recycling for 5 days and spontsneous start of alcoholic fermentation. Light pressure in α pneumatic press and transfer of the wine to stainless steel tanks to complete the fermentation. Bottling without stabilization, without filtering and without the use of sulphite. Terra Ambera, with its exuberant character, is an ideal accompaniment to oily, pelagic fish. Recipes such as baked fagri with onions and baby potatoes or grilled tuna fillet in orange sauce will pair nicely with the wine.
