ΚΡΑΣΙΑ ΚΛΑΣΙΚΗΣ ΟΙΝΟΠΟΙΗΣΗΣ 100% Muscat of Alexandria The Muscat of Alexαndria finds in this wine its classic expression: sweetness, exuberance and expressiveness, in a wine that fascinates. Exuberance and Mediterranean charm from a wine that is released only in selected years. Annual production: 1.200 bottles 500ml Alcohol : 14.5% The Muscat of Alexandria finds in this wine its classic expression: sweetness, exuberance and expressiveness, in a wine that fascinates. Wonderfull aromas reminiscent of sweet spoon grapes, creme brulee, blonde currant, rose petals, dried apricots, honey and honeycomb. In themouth it is sweet and generous, with moderate acidity, high alcohol, body and a long aftertaste. Exuberance and Mediterranean charm from a wine that is released only in selected years. The grape is left on the vines to overripe and is harvested in mid-September arriving at the winery in small crates. This is followed by drying for 5 days, on nets. Burst, light pressure in a pneumatic press and transfer of the wine to stainless steel tanks to begin alcoholic fermentation, with native yeasts. After the completion of fermentation, stabilization, filtering and bottling follow. Salome will accompany wonderfully fluffy cakes, brownies and chocolate soufflés, as well as emmec, ravani and other syrupy sweets. This sunny Muscat of Alexandria also pairs beautifully with chocolate flavors such as chocolote tart or a mosaic, contributing a honeyed allure. Also great next to our espresso, instead of a sweet spoon, grafting the sweetness of the wine with the pleasant, roasted bitterness of the coffee. — SWEET WHITE WINE
